** Complete Design Services**

All drawings, specifications, renderings and other visual descriptions will be provided as part of the scope of work. We welcome the opportunity to work with you in developing your signage.

** Surveys**

Each site will be physically surveyed by a representative of Patterson Signs regarding traffic information, visibility, etc.

** Permits and Engineering**

Patterson Signs will research ordinances and report the results in a timely fashion. We will then recommend the optimum sign program that will meet your advertising needs and meet the local codes.

**Fabrication **

Patterson Signs will construct the signs to meet the highest standards of quality materials and workmanship. Whenever possible, the computer assisted technology will be utilized to ensure absolute consistency. All signs will be manufactured to meet or exceed the N.E.C. and U.L. Electrical requirements.

** Installation**

Paterson Signs installs at locations throughout Southern California. We are firmly committed to completing our work On Time. Patterson Signs will coordinate our activities with the General Contractor, the Project Manager, and all trades.

** Maintenance**

A well maintained, fully lit, and clean sign is an absolute necessity for the preservation of your business image. Patterson Signs can provide complete maintenance/cleaning service on all signs and lighting through a regular maintenance program and on an emergency basis.
